EMDR / THERAPY

Eye movement + listening = 100% brain mobilization

EMDR: Eye movement therapy.

EMDR therapy allows for reprogramming the brain by acting on neurons. Its technique is based on eye movements allowing to break free from certain traumas through a sensory stimulation acting on both hemispheres of the brain in relation with the eyes. Its goal is to treat emotional memory and erase psychological pain in order to quickly and effectively resolve symptoms related to traumatic events from the past. EMDR is very effective in treating post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, depression, and in supporting those who have experienced psychological, physical, and sexual abuse.

Therapeutic care

Therapeutic support involves becoming aware of conflicts, past situations and their impact on your daily, social, family, and professional life. By recreating a connection with oneself, therapy aims to promote significant changes in cognitive, emotional, or behavioral functioning. A therapy can allow you to:

Stop suffering psychologically

Dealing with emotional or relationship problems

Change behaviours that harm well-being

Better self-esteem and more accurate evaluation of its needs

Overcoming relationship difficulties

Improve communication

Gain self-confidence

Managing one’s emotions

Going through life transitions

Each person is accompanied with their uniqueness, in order to adjust as best as possible to them and to offer them an adapted follow-up while respecting their history. The sessions are focused around an exchange between the patient and the therapist who will, with kindness, help them detach from their traumas. Through various psychological means, the goal is to help the person being followed feel better and prevent them from relapsing into psychological suffering.

Therapy, particularly combined with EMDR, is a means of soothing suffering.
