I began therapy because I had a very strong inner emptiness… I am a believer and this emptiness persisted. So, I began working on myself, accompanied and guided by my therapist. When I began, we understood that this emptiness was also linked to an unawareness, a biased perception of reality, of who I was.
I had to learn to discover the person I was, what my fears were, my operating mechanisms, and above all, I learned to connect with what I felt… The more I was connected with my inner world, the more I understood and perceived those around me and the outer world.
I learned to live with myself and not next to myself… I learned to communicate with my children, my partner, to better understand them and myself… and finally, to accept myself with all my shadow and light parts, fears, and qualities present in each of us… Thanks to the way Halima accompanied me, her involvement, her constant desire to improve, I had the chance to go very quickly. I did HYPNOSIS, EMDR… and later HIPERION which gently accelerated this change. Words would not be enough to express all my gratitude and appreciation for Halima, as it has changed my life so much. My heart is at peace and I now live in more serene relationships. A true gift… 🤩
